Quality

The overall aim of person centred planning is “good planning leading to positive changes in people’s lives and services” (Ritchie et al, 2003)

We try to provide you with the best service we possibly can and to support you in living your life to the fullest. To help do this we prepare a Person Centred Plan with you that has information about your life. To get this information, we will need to ask you a lot of questions (see sample Person Centred Assessment Form and Person Centred Plan).

If you come to live at one of our locations, HIQA (Health Information and Quality Authority) will also look at the service you receive. HIQA has standards setting out what a quality, safe service for people should be – we must meet these standards when we are supporting you.
