Skills for Life students

Hi All

In May 20021, The Skills for Life students applied for the Kerry ETB Creative Youth Grant, this was prompted when the students and staff from Skills for Life sat down to discuss a fun project for the summer. All the students agreed that they would love to do a badass music video so they could sing and dance and “be famous!” and from there all the ideas began. We worked with some amazing people on the video and our weeks of hard work sure did pay off. To top it all off we launched the  “Wah-Na-Be” music video in the Kerry County Museum on Culture Night 2021 with red carpet and bubbly!

We must thank everyone who worked with us on this project, including Deirdre Enright, Creative Youth Coordinator with Kerry ETB and Jackie O Mahoney of Jackie O Mahoney School of Performing Arts.
